Queenswood Property Management was incorporated in 2007. We are a locally owned company with our office situated in Cadboro Bay. We manage residential strata properties as well as single family homes. Our goal is to form long-term relationships with our clients. Our commitment is to provide a high level of service.
The Operations Manager assigned to each property will have the support of a team of professionals in order to meet and exceed the expectations of the client.

Residential
When your property is vacant, we will advertise it on various websites and the local news paper.
Screening process to ensure we are placing the best possible tenant in your property.
Provide high quality and timely maintenance on your property.
Performs thorough inspections of your rental unit every six months.
If rents are not paid on time, we initiate the legal steps necessary to collect rents and/or evict tenants.

Strata
Supply a secure website where all strata information is easily accessable
Maintain the Strata’s books using state of the art bookkeeping/accounting software.
Providing 24 hour emergency response.
Prepare annual operating cost budget for approval by Strata Council and owners at Annual General Meetings.
Maintain the Strata Corporation’s records in accordance with the Strata Property Act.
